The equipment installed by Amco Elevators will be supported by the manufacturer of the equipment, for the life of the equipment, regardless of the service provider. No external tools or PCs are required to troubleshoot, diagnose or adjust. The equipment will be serviceable and maintainable by any and all qualified elevator companies.

 When Don Applegate started what is now Amco Elevators, he did it by selling repair work, and then doing those repairs himself. To this day Amco prides itself in our ability to take on repairs that our competitors cannot, or will not undertake. There is not a job too difficult, complicated, or large for our repair department.
Amco has the ability to use the hundreds of years of actual hands-on elevator experience from within our combined sales, management, and field staffs to come up with a viable solution for any problem.
Your repair will be treated with the upmost urgency, regardless of the job size. Whether your repair is as small as installing a new door-screen, or as large as a new hydraulic cylinder, Amco will always stand behind the work that we have performed. Some repairs are requested by our customers, and some are covered contractually. Both will be treated diligently, and done completely and thoroughly with little inconvenience to our customers.
We view repairs as a welcomed challenge and our goal is to have your equipment up and running as quickly as possible.
