The equipment installed by Amco Elevators will be supported by the manufacturer of the equipment, for the life of the equipment, regardless of the service provider. No external tools or PCs are required to troubleshoot, diagnose or adjust. The equipment will be serviceable and maintainable by any and all qualified elevator companies.

Amco offers many types of Maintenance agreements, depending on the level of coverage your elevator will require. Your Amco Account Representative will assist you in customizing the perfect Agreement to suit your needs.
Amco is not selling insurance or break-down maintenance. Amco is providing pre-emptive or preventative maintenance. We will perform this maintenance on the schedule that has been agreed upon, and the equipment will reflect that schedule. We will detect, and rectify problems before they result in a shut-down situation. When a service-call is required, we will respond promptly, and make corrections quickly and completely. Our technicians will be professional and respectful in an effort to make your service-call as convenient as possible. Much of the elevator industry has become reactive in an attempt to lower their costs. Amco will continue to be proactive in our maintenance practices. We will not remote monitor. We feel that for an elevator to operate safely and reliably, it needs to be seen and monitored directly by a trained Amco technician. Amco has technicians located throughout the state to provide quality, efficient maintenance regardless of your location.
Amco’s service department is constructed to provide all current customers and any future customers with an unequalled level of elevator maintenance. We can assist you in determining the ideal maintenance package for you and your elevators.
Here are a few of the popular options:
- Full-Maintenance 8 – This type of agreement includes preventative maintenance, covered parts,
and all business hour service-calls.
- Full-Maintenance 24 – This type of agreement includes preventative maintenance, covered parts
and all service-calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- OG – Includes preventative maintenance on a predetermined schedule.
Most customers like to have their Annual and/or 5-year tests included in their agreement, and many like their Fire Service system tested monthly. All of these agreements can be custom tailored by you and your Amco Account Representative to meet your specific needs.
